Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Mindora Shorts (“the Service”, accessible at vid.mindoralb.com) collects, uses, and protects information when you use it. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

  • Account information — the email address and password you use to sign in. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
  • Content you create — prompts, lyrics, titles, tags, and generated audio, images, and videos associated with your jobs.
  • YouTube authorization — when you connect a YouTube account, we store an encrypted OAuth refresh token so the Service can upload videos on your behalf. We never receive or store your Google password.
  • Operational logs — request metadata (timestamps, paths, status codes, and a request ID) used to operate and debug the Service.

How We Use Information

We use your information solely to provide the Service: generating music, rendering videos, and uploading them to your connected YouTube channel at your request. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Google / YouTube Data

The Service’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube authorization is used only to upload videos you explicitly create. You can revoke access at any time from the Service’s YouTube page or from your Google Account permissions.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account, jobs, and generated assets until you or an administrator delete them or your account is removed. Revoking YouTube access deletes the stored refresh token.

Security

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and all traffic is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
