1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mindora Shorts (“the Service”, at vid.mindoralb.com) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Service generates music from prompts via a third-party music API, renders vertical short-form videos, and—at your request—uploads them to a YouTube channel you connect. Access is provided to authorized users only.
3. Accounts & Credits
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Use of the Service consumes credits allocated to your account by an administrator. Credits have no monetary value and are non-transferable.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service to create or upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring your content and its publication to YouTube comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service and applicable laws.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create, subject to the terms of the underlying music generation provider and YouTube. You grant the Service permission to process and upload that content on your behalf to fulfill your requests.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties including the music generation API and the YouTube Data API. Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
